No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any orders. All sales are final.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for products that are received in a damaged condition.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Customers must provide a clear video proof of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The video must clearly show the product in its original packaging, highlighting the damage.

Exchange Process:

  1. Once the video proof is verified, we will initiate the exchange process.
  2. The customer will receive a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
  3. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a similar product of equal value.
  4. The exchange order will be delivered within 5 business days. 

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must not show any signs of use.
  • The original packaging, including tags and labels, must be intact.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We advise customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.
