One-Year Warranty
At Golden Shells Jewellery, we believe your jewellery should last — not just in looks, but in quality. That’s why every piece you purchase from us comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Our jewellery is crafted using premium materials like stainless steel, 18k gold plating, and securely set stones — but in the rare case something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
✅ What’s Covered:
We’ll happily offer a free replacement (or store credit if unavailable) for the following issues:
- Tarnishing: If your piece loses its gold finish or shows signs of tarnish, despite following care instructions.
- Stone Damage: If a stone falls off, gets dislodged, or comes loose under normal use.
❌ What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage.
- General wear and tear (scratches, fading from rough use, etc.).
- Accidental damage (bent pieces, broken chains due to pulling or impact).
- Lost items.
- Alterations or repairs done outside of Golden Shells Jewellery.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, here’s how to get in touch:

Email us at goldenshells22@gmail.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
- Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item and the issue.
- A short description of what happened.
Our team will assess your claim within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.
If approved, we will send out a replacement piece free of charge. If the same item is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit of the item's value to shop anything else you love.
