  • Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, chlorine, perfumes, lotions.

  • Store in a dry pouch or packaging provided when not worn.

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth; mild soap and water works too.

3. Are the products waterproof?

Yes! All designs are waterproof and sweatproof. For longevity, rinse after exposure to saltwater or chlorine.

4. What is your shipping policy?

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 charge applies.

  • Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver in 5 business days.

5. Can I cancel or return my order?

  • Cancellations: Not allowed once placed.

  • Returns/refunds: Not accepted; all sales are final.

6. What about exchanges for damaged items?

Yes—Damaged items can be exchanged provided:

  • A clear video proof is sent within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product is unused with original packaging.

  • Replacement shipped within 5 business days.

7. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we support COD with a ₹100 extra fee. Prepaid orders avoid this charge.
